🛒 What if I want to return the table during the trial period and haven’t been charged yet?
In this case, your credit card is still authorized, but no charge has been made.
- If you initiate a return during the trial, and we receive and approve the returned item on time, the authorization will be canceled, and you won’t be charged at all.
- It’s like the order never happened — no money will leave your account.

- Refunds typically appear on your original payment method within a few business days after we approve the return.

How do I start a trial?
It’s simple:
Select an eligible product and click “Start Free Trial Now” Button.
Provide payment details for a temporary authorization hold (equal to the product price). No charges now—we only verify funds.
Receive your item, test it for [7 days], and decide! Keep it (we’ll charge you) or return it (hold released instantly).
Are there any fees for trying products?
Absolutely free! You’ll only be charged if you keep the item. The temporary authorization hold ensures we can process your order, but you won’t pay unless you decide to buy.

If you don’t return the table by the deadline, your card will be charged within 24 hours after the trial period ends.

- Contact us by email to request a return. We’ll send you the return instructions and the return portal link. Alternatively, you can also easily access the return portal from the reminder email we send you when your trial period is about to end.
- Once your return request is approved, we’ll email you the return address. Please ship the table back within 15 days using the original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- After we receive and inspect the returned item to confirm it’s in good condition, we’ll cancel your order and release the authorization — meaning you won’t be charged.
- If the item is not returned within 15 days or if it is returned damaged, we may capture a partial or full amount from the original authorization.
