Returns

If you’re not happy, we’re not happy. This is why we’ve made returns and exchanges quick and easy. We stand by our product and offer a 15-day money-back guarantee. You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • purchased from our website;
  • unused and in the same condition that you received it;
  • in the original packaging;
  • with the receipt or proof of purchase;

There are some items, however, that are ineligible for return, including:

  • Final sale items;
  • Any damage caused by individual factors, such as:

   1. Products have been used, damaged, stained, worn, or tainted including smell which would affect the ability to resell;
   2. Products without all original components.

We reserve the right to refuse any compromised items affected by the individual factors mentioned above.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the shipping carrier you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Return & Refund Conditions

Please carefully read conditions below. If conditions are not met, Livtab reserves the right to refuse the exchange or refund. Please note that Livtab does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:

Product that is custom configured or branded to your specifications.

Product purchased from a 3rd party retail partner.

Order Cancellation

You are entitled to cancel Your Order before it is shipped without any reason for doing so (Generally, it can be cancelled within 24 hours). If it has been shipped, please enter the Return link.

In general, we're not able to stop its transit after it is shipped out. Under this circumstance, shipping fees are not refunded.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

When you make a qualifying return, we'll credit the full amount, less the original shipping and handling charges. Refunds are generally processed within 7 business days after we receive your item and find it eligible for a return. Refunds are applied to the original payment option. 

Instructions on how to return

You have up to 15 calendar days to start your return from the moment you receive the item. To start the return process, please follow the steps below:

  1. Email us for a return and refund request with the proof of purchase from us and picture of your item(s)
  2. Our Customer Care team would get back to you with detailed return address and information in 4 business days
  3. Pack the item(s) in the original packaging and ship them back within 4 business days. Return and refund will not longer be accepted if you miss the return window
  4. Once your return package has arrived at our warehouse, please allow 3-7 business days for us to process your refund
