It took me and a friend most of an evening, including the cable routing. The extended L layout gives me separate space for general office work and everything else. Even with a loaded top, it raises evenly and does not sound strained. It does exactly what I wanted.

Needed a real desk for a mixed work and gaming setup. I use the main desk for streaming with two 27 inch monitors. The tower is off the floor now and I can actually vacuum under the desk. It made the whole room easier to use. Would buy it again.

Put this together after moving my office into a smaller room. It is in my shared office with a drawing tablet and one large monitor on top. Give yourself a few hours and do the wiring before pushing it against the wall. I use the standing preset several times a day and the motion has been smooth. The main surface stays clear even with all the gear I use every day. The coaster sounded gimmicky, but I use it most afternoons. I am glad I went with this one.
